Die Andere Sicht - the other view at ESSL MUSEUM

In the exhibition „die andere sicht - the other view“ at ESSL MUSEUM Agnes Essl presents works by 27 Austrian artists, putting the focus on the relationship between the woman as a collector and the female artist. On show are positions from painting, photography, sculptures, video and light installations. Curated by Agnes Essl. March 19th to Sep 21st, 2014.

Mit der Ausstellung „die andere sicht“ präsentiert Agnes Essl Werke von 27 österreichischen Künstlerinnen im ESSL MUSEUM. Als Kuratorin der Ausstellung rückt sie das Verhältnis von Sammlerin und Künstlerin in den Vordergrund. Die Werke der Ausstellung kommen einerseits aus der Sammlung Essl, andererseits sind es auch ganz aktuelle Arbeiten aus den Ateliers. Zu sehen sind malerische Positionen, wie auch Fotografie, Skulpturen,  Video- und Lichtinstallationen – innovative Werke. 19.03. - 21.09.2014.
