On Saturday, OCTOBER 19, 2013 das weisse haus opened a new studio building in Vienna 1120, Hofbauergasse 9, where new residents and local artists share the space and work together.

Artists: Luis Casanova, Iris Dittler, Dejan Dukic, Romana Egartner, Daniel Ferstl, Michael Heindl, Juliana Herrero, James Kinsella, Larissa Kopp, Lisbeth Kovačič, Alfred Lenz, Angelika Loderer, Sissi Makovec, Sissa Micheli, Andrea Ressi, Anna Schmoll, Angela Strohberger, Christina Tsilidis, Sebastian Vonderau, Christian Weidner, Christina Werner and Natalia Zaluska. Artists in Residence: Cécile Ibarra, Mirko Lazović and Tomáš Moravec. Curator in Residence of studios das weisse haus & TBA21-Academy: Nadim Samman.

Next chance to see: Open Studio Day November 23, from 12pm, as part of VIENNA ART WEEK 2013! You can look forward to the studio presentations and performances of more than 25 artists.

Das neue Studio Gebäude für artists in residence und jungen österreichischen Künstler von das weisse haus eröffnete am 19. Oktober in Meidling in der Hofbauergasse 9. Die nächste Möglichkeit mit den mehr als 25 Künstlern zusammenzutreffen ist am Open Studio Day, am 23. November, im Rahmen der VIENNA ART WEEK 2013.

The group exhibition „and Materials and Money and Crisis“ at mumok presents experimental propositions of eleven artists addressing the matter of material/capital as it exists in artworks. 08.11.2013 - 02.02.2014.
